The Norma Lewis Scholarship Committee advertises the scholarship all year long, for a beginning of the year deadline. The committee reads all applications for the scholarship and collectively selects a recipient of the certificate and monetary scholarship. The certificate and check are presented at the Annual Spring Conference.
