This site will serve to provide information and to supplement our quarterly publication for members, the KyRID Connector. We invite members to communicate with the KyRID board by using the contact information on this site. Winner of this year's "Norma Lewis Scholarship Award"!!! Great Job Kara Herdt!

"I am so thankful to have the opportunity to win this scholarship. I used the money to pay for my first shot at the NIC Interview and Performance test. I just want to tell all of you who have yet to take the test that it is not as bad as I had expected, but I am sure glad that I waited a year after graduating from UofL/EKU's Interpreter Training Program before taking the test for the first time. I'm very thankful to Norma Lewis and my mentor Venetia Lacy for making it possible for me to take the test and have the awesome attitude about it that I did. "
